Our reception hours are

Sunday to Friday from approx. 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturday from approx. 8.00 o'clock to 22.00 o'clock

Arrival

Our apartments & chalets are available from 16:00. 
Our request to you: be sure to bring your room- front door key with you when you leave the accommodation.

Departure

We ask you to leave your room by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please note that late check-out is always based on the number of beds in your accommodation.
Check-out until 11:00 a.m.: € 10,- / bed
Check-out until 12:00 o'clock: € 20,- / bed

Hand/towel change & cleaning service

Our apartments & chalets are only cleaned on departure and likewise only a weekly change of linen is provided. However, should you require daily fresh towels or even a cleaning of the entire accommodation in the meantime, we will be happy to arrange this. Please note that accommodation cleaning fees may vary depending on the size of the property.
Hand/bath towel change once or daily: € 5,- per person per day
Intermediate cleaning depending on the size of the accommodation: € 20,- to € 120,-.
We ask you to order the service in advance!

Wellness in the house

The wellness area is open from Sunday to Friday from 16:30 to 22:00

Bread service


As a guest in our house there is the possibility to order bread for your breakfast. An e-mail will be sent to you through www.brotbestellung.at. The baker will bring your order fresh every day, directly to the studios in the bread box.
Please order the bread until 18:00, on Sundays and holidays there will be an extra charge of € 3.

Garbage recycling

Since we are obligated to separate waste, we ask you to help us with this: the recycling room is located to the left side oft he entrance.

AQUA DOME partner company

Our A CASA apartment houses are official partner businesses of the Tirol Therme AQUA DOME. You will receive a 10% discount on all services in the partner offer. You can get the tickets from us at the reception.

Ski/bike room

The ski room with ski boot heating is located directly at the main entrance.
